The operations of the Eswatini sugar industry are regulated by the Eswatini Sugar Association (ESA), whose highest policy-making body is the Council. The Council, in turn, comprises twelve members from the Eswatini Sugar Millers Association (ESMA) and twelve members from the Eswatini Cane Growers Association (ECGA).
